§ 1 Scope and definitions

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed by consumers in our online shop in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

§ 2 Contracting party and formation of the contract

Your contracting party is:

Product listings in our online shop are not legally binding offers. They invite you to place an order.

The ordering process is as follows:

1. Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
2. Review your selection in the cart, change quantities or remove products.
3. Proceed to checkout and enter your contact, billing and delivery details.
4. Select from the available delivery and payment methods.
5. Review the order summary and correct your information before submitting the binding order.
6. Click the final button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. This submits your binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

Prior registration is not required for this ordering process. Before submitting the binding order, you can correct errors using the editing and back functions provided during checkout.

We acknowledge receipt of your order without undue delay by an automatically sent order confirmation email. With this order confirmation, we accept your offer.

§ 3 Prices and payment

All prices shown are final prices. Our supplies are exempt from VAT under the German small business scheme pursuant to Section 19(1) of the German VAT Act (UStG). VAT is therefore not shown separately.

Shipping charges may apply. The shipping charges applicable to your order and the total amount are displayed before you submit the binding order.

Advance payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal are configured as payment methods. The methods and payment conditions shown during the particular checkout process apply.

For advance payment, the purchase price is payable without undue delay after the contract is concluded. For cash on delivery, payment is due when the goods are received. PayPal payments are processed through the payment service provider.

§ 4 Delivery

The delivery time stated for the particular product applies. Unless a different delivery time is specified, delivery takes place within five working days at the latest.

For advance payments, this period starts on the day after the payment instruction is issued to the bank handling the transfer. For other payment methods, it starts on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.

We use DHL or Hermes for delivery. The delivery options available for your order are shown during checkout.

In consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods generally passes only when they are handed over to you or a person authorised by you to receive them. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

§ 5 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 6 Instructions on withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last of those goods is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Online withdrawal

You can also submit your withdrawal using the online withdrawal form on this page . The form is directly below the terms and conditions in the “Withdraw from contract” section.

Enter your name, information identifying the contract or affected goods, and your email address for the acknowledgement. Select “Confirm withdrawal” to submit your withdrawal declaration.

When you use this function, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay by email. The acknowledgement includes the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery are excluded.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur reimbursement fees.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
